Apple criticised for storing data inside China

 Apple has confirmed that it is storing Chinese customers' data inside data centres based in China, following reports by the New York Times.

Anyway it said it had "never undermined the security" of either its clients or their information. 

Apple said it was agreeing with Chinese law about the information stockpiling of its nationals. 

Nonetheless, one master told the BBC it was successfully "giving over the keys" to the Chinese government by doing this.
